The first few minutes of the session are designed to help you transition from the demands of your day into a state of calm. Settle into the space with soothing music and a warm cup of tea as you get comfortable and prepare for the experience ahead.

You'll then be guided through an immersive sound meditation featuring Tibetan singing bowls and other soothing instruments. As the sounds gently fill the space, you'll be invited to relax deeply, quiet your mind, and support your body's natural ability to rest and restore.
